Velane
Privacy policy
Last updated
This policy explains how Velane Atelier, Lda. (“Velane”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit this website, book a fitting or a styling appointment, reserve a piece to try on, subscribe to our letters or shop in our boutiques. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Who we are
Velane Atelier, Lda., Rua das Flores 48, 1200-195 Lisbon, Portugal. For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@example.com.
What we collect
- Appointments and reservations: your name, email, phone number, the boutique, date and time you choose, the pieces you ask to try, and anything you tell us about sizes or fit.
- Client file (only if you ask us to keep one): your sizes, alterations we have made and past purchases, so that a fitting can start where the last one ended.
- Newsletter: your email address and which letters you open.
- Website visits: technical data such as your browser, device and pages viewed; analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent (see the cookie policy).
- In the boutiques: purchase and payment records, and repair or alteration tickets.

Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed: with payment providers, couriers and alteration workshops that handle your order; with IT, hosting, email and booking providers that work on our behalf under contract; and with authorities when the law requires it. We never sell personal data.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Appointments and reservations that do not lead to a sale: 12 months. Invoices: as long as tax law requires (usually 10 years). Client files: until you ask us to delete them, or after three years without a visit. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Cookie choices: 180 days.
